Lemon Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 + ⅛ teaspoons salt, divided
  • ½ teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  • Blend everything in a food processor until smooth!

Mediterranean Plant-Based Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Fresh Hummus
  • Roasted red peppers
  • English cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Kalamata olives
  • Revol Greens® Romaine Crunch
  • Salt & pepper
  • Ciabatta Roll

Instructions

  • Toast the ciabatta and layer on the hummus and all of the fresh veggies.
