Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup water
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 + ⅛ teaspoons salt, divided
- ½ teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Blend everything in a food processor until smooth!
