these Everything Bagel Breakfast Egg Wraps are easy to make and perfect for busy mornings
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- Kosher salt and coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- 1 (12-inch) flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons scallion cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Revol Greens® Organic Sweet Butter Blend
- ¼ cup sliced cucumber
- ¼ cup sliced tomato
- ½ small avocado, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup sliced red onion
- 1 ounce smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over moderate heat.
- Once hot, drizzle in the oil and add the eggs.
- Cook in a single layer, until almost set.
- Place the tortilla on top and then flip everything over so the egg is on top.
- Once cooked through, remove from heat.
- Transfer wrap to a cutting board and spread with softened cream cheese.
- Top with Revol Greens® Sweet Butter Blend.
- Then add your cucumber, tomato, avocado, red onion, salmon, capers and everything bagel seasoning.
- Roll into a tight wrap and then slice and serve.
