Ingredients
Salad
- 1 1/2 boxes Revol Greens® Romaine Crunch, chopped
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 can hearts of palm, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- ½ cup pepperoncini’s
- ½ cup black olives, halved
Dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine or champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon each: salt, basil, garlic powder, oregano
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Croutons
- 1 loaf of sourdough bread (or any other uncut loaf)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon pink salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Chop the lettuce and veggies and put into a large bowl.
- Chop bread into cubes. Toss it with the olive oil and seasonings. Lay it out on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes tossing halfway.
- Whisk up dressing.
- Toss salad ingredients with dressing and top with croutons.
Makes 6 servings.
